Now that I have placed the mounting brackets and boxes for ceiling lighting, I am moving on to outlet boxes. Placing them is a matter of compliance with the electrical code and, more importantly, thinking ahead to furniture placement and use cases. Before all is said and done, there will be more than one hundred such boxes distributed throughout the home. Once again, the bulk of my time is spent thinking rather than installing since there is no going back once the drywall is installed.
